Bali Blue Story:
Our beans are sourced from the Kintamani region of Bali, Indonesia, where they are grown on organic smallholder farms and handpicked from rich volcanic soil at an altitude of 5,300 feet.
This unique volcanic environment gives the coffee its smooth body and deep chocolate and molasses notes.
After harvest, the beans are sent to Southern California for roasting where each order is roasted and packaged immediately to preserve freshness and flavor.
